Free beta terms

1. Provider and contact

The Acumonix Board service is provided by Pat Dimension Patryk Olędzki, a sole proprietorship operated by Patryk Olędzki, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7221621767, REGON 382606442, Stokowisko 8, 18-212 Nowe Piekuty, Poland. 2. Free beta

Acumonix Board provides collaborative boards containing text, drawings and materials, shared through invitations and links. The application is at www.acumonix.com/boards. The beta is free, requires no payment card and creates no automatic subscription. Any paid offering requires separate terms and your explicit decision.

The service is being developed and may experience interruptions or errors. No contractual uptime or SLA is promised. This does not limit the provider’s statutory obligations or your legal rights.

3. Accounts and age

You need a current browser with JavaScript, internet access and your own email address. Sign-in uses a single-use email link. Access activation requires email verification and one-time acceptance of these terms. Do not share sign-in links or your session.

Individual accounts are available from age 13. Users aged 13–17 require approval from a parent or legal guardian, confirmed by that person through email. Board access is blocked until approval. We do not require identity-document scans or a birth date. Provide your correct age range and guardian’s address. Children under 13 may work together with a supervising adult without their own account or access to the adult’s sign-in credentials.

A guardian may withdraw permission or report incorrect information by contacting the provider. After verifying the request, we block access and arrange data export or deletion. Changing a minor account’s age declaration requires contacting support.

4. Content, rights and sharing

You retain rights to your materials. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, technically process and display them only as needed to provide the service in accordance with your board settings. We do not use board content for advertising or AI-model training.

Only upload lawful materials that you are entitled to use. Unlawful content, privacy violations, harassment, malicious files, access circumvention and service disruption are prohibited. Do not store passwords, access keys, payment credentials or special categories of personal data, such as medical records. The beta is not intended for these uses.

The board owner chooses recipients and viewing, commenting or editing roles. A sharing link can be forwarded subject to its access settings. Check content and permissions before sharing. Revoking access does not delete copies previously downloaded by recipients. External tools and agents receive only the access authorized for them; you are responsible for choosing those recipients.

5. Limits and saving

The file allowance is 5 GB per owner and 100 MB per file. Request and email frequency limits protect availability and prevent abuse. Storage usage is shown in the account menu.

Wait for the saved confirmation before closing a board. Keep your own copies of important materials. A portable board backup including files is available in the export menu. Deleting an object does not always delete its file from the library or older backups.

6. Ending use and service changes

The free service agreement is concluded when you accept the terms and access is activated. You can end it at any time by requesting account deletion in account settings or by email. The provider processes the request; shared content may require consideration of other participants’ rights. Signing out or archiving a board does not delete data.

We may restrict access as necessary to stop unlawful activity, abuse or a security threat. We explain the reason and how to challenge the decision unless prohibited by law or incompatible with protecting the service. We give at least 14 days’ notice of a planned end to the beta or material changes, allowing export and cancellation. Legal requirements or urgent security threats may require a shorter period. Continued use alone never creates new payment obligations.

7. Complaints and reports

Email PatDimension@gmail.com with the issue, account address and approximate time. For unlawful content, provide its location and the reason for your report. Do not include sign-in links, passwords or unnecessary third-party data. We respond to complaints by email within 14 days of receipt. If information is missing, we request it while respecting statutory deadlines.

These terms do not exclude statutory liability or consumer rights, including digital-service rights where applicable. You may contact a local consumer adviser or consult UOKiK’s information on alternative dispute resolution. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction at the provider’s location.

8. Personal data and documents

The privacy notice explains actual processing purposes and practices. If a business or organization entrusts personal data in board content to us, the data processing agreement also applies. Its representative must have authority to accept it. You can print or save these documents. New features involving new processing purposes will be described before they are introduced.
